YORK Factory Direct is entering an exciting new era!

We’re thrilled to announce, YORK Factory Direct is officially part of the Bosch Home Comfort Group, following the successful acquisition of the HVAC business from Johnson Controls and the Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning joint venture.

This marks the beginning of a powerful global alliance—bringing together the innovation of Bosch, the legacy of Buderus, the precision of Hitachi, and the trusted performance of York. Together, we’re building a unified team driven by excellence, customer focus, and a shared commitment to advancing comfort solutions across residential and commercial markets.

As part of this transformation, you’ll represent one of the most respected brands in HVAC distribution—York Factory Direct in your assigned market. You’ll join a high-performing, inclusive team that values collaboration, growth, and a winning mindset.

In this Account Manager role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales of residential and commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to contractors—with a strong focus on expanding our network of York Dealers. You’ll play a key role in accelerating business development and channel expansion, helping us achieve ambitious goals in sales, margin, and market share.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the SourceOne Parts for sales, margin, and market share goals within a predefined geographic territory.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers in the channel and further develop and identify new business opportunities with these partners which include independent distributors, factory owned distribution, and factory owned service outlets.

• Effectively plan, develop, negotiate and increase revenue, profitability, and market share targets assigned. This includes setting performance goals and running account plans by distributors. Use Sales & CRM tools (ie: Salesforce, Logility, Power BI) to develop and drive strategic direction within assigned accounts to implement and manage performance.

• Collaborate with channel partners to develop sales programs to effectively utilize market development funds to meet sales AOP. Provide monthly product forecasts to enable supply chain and production efficiencies.

• Apply the distribution scorecard to facilitate performance expectations customer principals on a quarterly basis and implement performance management activities as needed.

• Collaborates with internal resources using a consultative selling approach to determine customer needs, develop support plans, and implement programs that provide a range of customer service offerings to develop and grow distributors to meet profitability targets.

• Be the main conduit of Voice of the Customer and other market intelligence to Ducted Systems Parts Channel management to drive channel sales, operational and product strategies.

Qualifications and requirements

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of sales/marketing experience
• Ability to travel within your assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• HVAC/R experience preferred
• Experience working with distributors/contractors (two step distribution model)
• Strong proficiency in business writing, verbal communication, and negotiation.
• Skilled in using Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated capability to prioritize and manage critical tasks efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
