Our partner is looking for a Consumer Services Senior Paid Advertising Strategist based in United States. This senior role leads paid advertising strategy and execution across complex, high-value client accounts, connecting media performance to broader business objectives. You will bring advanced expertise across multiple paid media channels while owning campaign planning, optimization, measurement, reporting, and client communication. The position combines hands-on channel leadership with sophisticated analytics, experimentation, attribution, and incrementality approaches. You will proactively identify growth opportunities, guide strategic conversations, and help clients navigate performance opportunities and risks. As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior talent and contribute to stronger cross-channel collaboration and operational excellence. Lead paid advertising strategy and execution across high-value client accounts, ensuring campaigns and initiatives consistently align with established client goals and business objectives. Demonstrate advanced expertise across at least two major paid advertising channels, such as Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, or Snapchat, covering campaign development, bidding, optimization, strategy, and performance management. Conduct thorough campaign quality assurance, maintaining accurate setups and proactively preventing errors that could negatively affect client performance or revenue. Manage budget pacing and spending, identify potential risks or opportunities, and provide informed recommendations regarding budget adjustments. Develop proactive strategic recommendations across assigned channels by identifying opportunities, risks, and optimization priorities before they become client requests. Analyze campaign data and client-specific sources of truth, including marketing measurement tools, to generate meaningful insights, explain performance trends, and translate data into actionable business recommendations. Maintain client testing roadmaps and project-manage experimentation initiatives, ensuring a consistent cadence of testing, learning, prioritization, and implementation. Apply advanced knowledge of attribution, incrementality, contribution analysis, measurement frameworks, marketing mix models, lift and response analysis, and channel-specific best practices. Lead proactive client conversations around media buying, performance trends, optimization plans, and strategic opportunities, communicating complex insights clearly and confidently. Monitor account performance closely and escalate genuine performance risks early while distinguishing normal fluctuations from issues requiring intervention. Serve as a strategic leader within account and department teams, contributing to direction-setting, decision-making, new business appraisals, and the continued development of the paid advertising offering. Coach and support junior team members through knowledge sharing, mentoring, team ceremonies, and day-to-day guidance, helping reinforce high standards across deliverables. Integrate AI-enabled technologies and available marketing technology ecosystems into daily workflows to improve efficiency, analysis, output quality, and business performance. Requirements: 4–5 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 3 years of experience working in an agency environment. At least 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing two or more major paid advertising channels, such as Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, or other relevant advertising networks. Strong practical expertise in campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, campaign strategy, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization. Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, along with practical experience using Google Analytics. Expert understanding of funnel marketing and the role paid media plays throughout the customer journey. Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to move beyond surface-level metrics, identify meaningful patterns, and communicate the business story behind performance data. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting strategic recommendations and discussing performance with clients and internal stakeholders. Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts, priorities, deadlines, budgets, and testing initiatives effectively. Highly dependable, self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining a strong standard of quality.
