As a Retail Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Account Executives who are focused on closing new business sales within North America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of customer needs in competitive markets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Hands-on coaching the AE team to build a customer first sales experience while they showcase the Lightspeed platform to retailers within the US and Canada.

• Identify areas of opportunity and deliver results that are specific to new business and your specific pod

• Utilize Salesforce to report on forecasting, analyze conversion rates and additional sales activity metrics

• Responsible for the new business targets for your team

• Work closely with the existing Retail leadership team to organize and conduct training, lead team meetings, and other team & pod related initiatives.

• Partner cross functionally with product, customer success, implementation, and other internal teams

What you need to bring:

• Experience in hiring, leading and coaching a team of Account Executives

• Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting

• A passion for driving revenue growth, an exceptional team culture, and a positive customer experience

• Experience within SaaS and/or Retail sales is a plus
