Identify, develop, test, and deploy specialized Field Service tooling, test equipment, fixtures, and other resources that improve safety and service efficiency

Lead and support special projects including fleet retrofits, service campaigns, and major maintenance initiatives

Analyze field failures, maintenance activities, and fleet performance data to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement

Develop and improve maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, work instructions, and other technical documentation

Collaborate with Reliability Engineering, Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Safety, and Field Service leadership to resolve operational and technical issues

Mentor and provide technical guidance to Field Service Technicians and Supervisors
