Band 6/7 Locum Cath Lab Radiographer • Position: Cath Lab Radiographer • Duration: 3 months • Location: Gloucestershire • Start: ASAP • Rate: £26.00 - £31.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Band 6/7 Locum Cath Lab Radiographer to join our team in Gloucestershire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a cutting-edge Cardiac Catheterization Lab, providing essential diagnostic and interventional imaging services. If you have a strong background in cardiovascular imaging and a passion for delivering excellent patient care, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

As a Locum Cath Lab Radiographer, you will perform a variety of imaging procedures within the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, including diagnostic and interventional cardiology cases. You will be responsible for operating advanced imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality image acquisition, and maintaining compliance with safety and clinical protocols. Working closely with cardiologists and a multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in the accurate diagnosis and treatment of cardiac conditions, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout their procedures.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration as a Radiographer.

• Significant experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab, ideally at Band 6/7 level.

• Proficiency in diagnostic and interventional cardiology imaging procedures.

• Expertise in the operation of Cath Lab imaging equipment.

• Comprehensive understanding of radiation protection and safety regulations.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to high standards of patient care and safety.

• Flexibility and adaptability to meet clinical demands.
