As part of a recently public company, you’ll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term.</span></p></div><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>The Senior Security Engineer – Enterprise Security shares ownership of the day-to-day operation of the Samsara security environment. You will keep our network access, device trust, and visibility systems running, tuned, and resilient at enterprise scale in partnership with a global team. Utilizing modern principles, you’ll maintain and evolve a modern zero trust program, spend time both on policy design and real-time triage for escalations.</p> <p>You take security seriously and believe the best solutions are low-friction and built in partnership with others. You are comfortable owning and maintaining production systems for long term success - troubleshooting systemic issues, tuning policies based on real incidents, and continuously improving what is already built. You bring an automation mindset to repetitive work, whether using Python, SOAR platforms, or AI-assisted tools. You enjoy supporting teammates and helping other engineers build their security knowledge.</p> <p>This is a remote position open to candidates residing in California, Hawaii, Oregon, Nevada, and Washington. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.</p> <h4><strong>About the Team</strong></h4> <p>Enterprise Security is a global team spanning the US, EMEA, and India.
