Xometry is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager responsible for champion-led growth (CLG) and engagement of our existing buyer accounts. You will build the mechanisms that turn buyers into advocates at scale — referrals, reviews, incentives, and buyer stories — and design the strategies that grow adoption within the installed base. This is a role for someone who wants full ownership of the existing-customer lifecycle — driving deeper engagement, expansion, and loyalty — and who can turn that advocacy into stories the rest of the business can use.

How You’ll Contribute:

Champion-Led Growth Strategy

• Own and execute the CLG strategy across the existing buyer base, driving advocacy, referrals, and account expansion at scale

• Build advocacy mechanisms — referral programs, review/reference programs, incentive structures, and integration/plug-in opportunities — that convert satisfied buyers into active champions

• Identify and prioritize which accounts and buyer segments are best positioned for expansion, referral, or advocacy motions

Customer Engagement & Retention

• Design the account engagement journey for existing accounts, including triggers, segmentation, and offers that drive re-engagement and deepen adoption

• Partner with various Marketing teams to translate strategy into executed campaigns — this role owns the playbook and the outcomes

• Continuously test and refine triggers and segments based on account behavior and performance data

Advocacy & Customer Storytelling

• Turn the advocacy engine into a pipeline of buyer stories — case studies, testimonials, and proof points that Sales, Marketing, and cross functional teams can use

• Partner with Commercial Marketing & Enablement to ensure buyer stories feed directly into sales enablement assets

• Build repeatable processes for sourcing, capturing, and publishing buyer stories at scale

What You'll Bring to Xometry:

• 5+ years of B2B lifecycle, customer/account based marketing, or growth marketing experience, ideally within a marketplace or platform business

• Demonstrated experience designing and running lifecycle programs (triggers, segmentation, nurture) that measurably grow existing accounts

• Track record of building advocacy or referral programs from the ground up

• Comfort working cross-functionally with channel owners (e.g., email/MarTech) where you own strategy and outcomes but not day-to-day execution

• Strong analytical skills — comfortable defining segments, reading account-level data, and tying lifecycle activity back to bookings growth

• Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar) as a core part of your daily workflow — for research, content, analysis, and experimentation. This is a baseline expectation for the entire marketing team

• Clear, direct communicator who can turn buyer advocacy into compelling stories for internal and external audiences

Preferred

• Experience in a two-sided marketplace model

• Familiarity with customer marketing or advocacy platforms (e.g., referral/review tooling, customer marketing platforms)

• Comfort operating in a high-growth environment where programs are built before all the processes exist
