WHY JOIN OUR TALENT COMMUNITY We don't always have the right role open at the right time. If you've been watching what we're building and the timing isn't there yet -- this is the place to stay connected. Here's what being in our network actually means:

• Early access. If your background fits something we're about to hire for, you'll hear from us before the role is posted publicly.
• Inside look. On a bi-monthly cadence, we send a short newsletter to our network -- what we're building, team spotlights, and open roles before they go live anywhere else.
• No black hole. Real eyes on every submission. If there's a fit now or in the coming months, we reach out directly. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We hire across engineering, analytics, product, sales and brokerage, business development, operations, finance, and people functions. If you're sharp, you've built things, and you want to do meaningful work at a company with real momentum -- you want to know you exist. HOW THIS WORKS Submit your resume and answer a few quick questions. We'll add you to our talent network, and if you opt in, you'll start to receive our bi-monthly insider newsletter. When something opens that fits, you'll be the first to know. MAINSTAY BUILT ON TRUST At Mainstay, trust is at the core of everything we do.
