About the Role We’re building our go-to-market team in France from the ground up, and we’re looking for our second BDR hire to help establish and scale Dandy’s presence in the market. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage, have a real influence on how we build our sales motion in France, and work closely with local and global leadership as we grow. You’ll play a critical role in generating pipeline through a mix of inbound and outbound sales motions — engaging dental practices that have already expressed interest in Dandy while proactively identifying and connecting with new practices. Beyond generating high-quality opportunities, you’ll help shape our approach to prospecting, messaging and outreach as we continue building the French sales team. What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for a wide range of dental practice prospects.
• Generate new business through outbound channels including email, phone, and creative outreach tactics.
• Track sales activity using Salesforce and other tools, and continuously improve your processes.
• Pitch the Dandy value proposition, handle objections, and move prospects through the funnel.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives for seamless client handoffs.
• Contribute ideas to build the FR BDR function from scratch — your feedback will shape our processes, tools, and strategy. What We're Looking For
• 1-2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment
• Experience with cold calling (SMB targets are a big plus)
• Commitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn new sales concepts via rigorous trainings
• Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly
• Experience with standard sales tools and a desire to explore and implement new tools to further streamline the sales process
• Overall track record of professional and academic success
