As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, from initial discovery through closing, while helping organizations address complex revenue operations challenges. You will build and manage a healthy pipeline, develop enterprise opportunities, and drive measurable revenue growth through consultative selling. The role combines strategic discovery, relationship building, disciplined sales execution, and a strong customer-first mindset. You will work closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to improve lead conversion, shorten sales cycles, and strengthen the overall customer experience. You will develop trusted relationships across the HubSpot ecosystem while positioning solutions around meaningful business outcomes rather than transactional sales.
