This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Claim Professional II based in the United States. As a Claim Professional II, you will manage liability insurance claims from initial investigation through resolution and closure. You will assess coverage, liability, damages, and exposure while developing practical strategies for complex claims. The role involves coordinating litigation, defense counsel, experts, mediations, and other external partners when required. You will work closely with insureds, claimants, clients, legal professionals, and internal stakeholders to deliver timely and effective outcomes. Strong analytical and communication skills will be essential when preparing evaluations, coverage determinations, reports, and leadership updates.
