About the Team The core philosophy of Mixpanel's GTM Enablement team is that navigating sellers through the AI-driven landscape requires a hands-on approach. We are intentional about reintroducing the human element to change management; facilitating live training, analyzing sales conversations, and doing the gritty work of shifting rep behaviors. About the Role As a Field Enablement Manager, you'll own the enablement experience for every seller and customer success professional in your region. You'll be the person they trust to help them get better, and a reliable partner to their leaders when a team needs to shift behavior. This is not a program coordinator role. It's a coaching and training role for someone who gets energy from being in the room. You will own your regional enablement programs end-to-end, coordinating with a small but global Enablement team to drive GTM behaviors and best practices, and you'll bring fresh approaches back to the team as you learn what works. Responsibilities New Hire Onboarding delivers onboarding curriculum in person and run hands-on certification of core skills. Quarterly Academy Sessions organize and facilitate regional Mixpanel Academy sessions every quarter. Tech Stack Adoption & Productivity run weekly best-practice sessions and peer-sharing programs around the tools reps use every day. Rep Coaching via AI — use Gong AI and Galileo AI to score and analyze sales calls across your region, and turn that analysis into coaching that changes behavior. Global Program Support — help regionalize global enablement initiatives and share what's working with the broader Enablement team. What "great" looks like in this role: New hires in your region ramp faster than the company average. Regional sales leaders proactively ask for your input, not just your support. If an enablement session goes on the calendar with your name on it, people show up. Reps can tell you what they've changed about how they sell since you started coaching them. You know the numbers: Gong scores, adoption rates, certification completion, and what moved after a coaching cycle. We're Looking For Someone Who Has 3–5 years in B2B SaaS sales, GTM enablement, or a revenue coaching role ideally at a B2B SaaS company. B2B sales experience that outweighs sales enablement experience for this role. A growth mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving. Enablement in a world of AI is changing, and we'll figure this out together. An understanding of what coaching is (versus giving feedback); experience coaching against known frameworks is a plus. Fluency with conversation intelligence tools, Gong experience strongly preferred, along with some experience using modern AI tools in your workflow. Comfort working directly with sales leaders and a growing ability to influence without authority. Interest in learning how to regionalize global enablement programs for your specific market. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, you're engaging in a room of skeptical sellers.
