About the role Thatch is rewiring how health benefits work. We're looking for a Video Creative to own video at Thatch. This is a hands-on creative role. You'll define how we use video and personally take work from concept through post-production, including editing and motion graphics. You'll build our video capability from the ground up across performance marketing, product launches, and customer storytelling. What you'll do Own video creative across growth marketing, product marketing, and brand. Build our in-house video function. Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards based on the audience and channel. Produce video from start to finish, personally owning editing, motion graphics, and post-production. Create performance creative, measure what works, and let the results shape what you make next. Produce product demos, customer stories, and brand content that help people understand Thatch. Partner closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Design, and company leadership. What we're looking for You're a hands-on video maker who is still actively editing and creating motion graphics yourself. A portfolio that demonstrates strong creative judgment and excellent execution, particularly across product and motion-driven work. Fluency across editing, motion graphics, filming, sound, and post-production. Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ownership. You've created performance marketing creative and used data to improve it. Strong judgment about when to ship quickly and when higher production value matters. Experience that stands out Building an in-house video function. Product demos, UGC-style content, and motion-driven video. Performance creative across paid social, CTV, or other digital channels. B2B SaaS, product marketing, or customer storytelling. AI-assisted editing and production workflows. Operating as a high-ownership creative in an early-stage startup.
