About the Role Veeam’s digital experience is how millions of customers, prospects, partners, and future employees discover and engage with our company. As Director of Digital User Experience, you’ll own the experience strategy across veeam.com and our global digital properties, setting the standards, governance, and roadmap that teams across Veeam build against. You’ll be the connective tissue between business strategy and digital execution, uniting research, content structure, journey design, and measurement into one operating model, and translating the brand and visual direction our Creative team owns into the interfaces and journeys customers actually move through. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
