Vos Missions Chez Vivenu :

Développer la croissance du marché : Vous mettez en œuvre des plans commerciaux ambitieux en étroite collaboration avec la direction et développez proactivement l'acquisition de nouveaux clients sur le marché de la Suisse romande.

Prospection & ciblage de comptes clés : Vous identifiez, contactez et signez des comptes Enterprise stratégiques issus de divers secteurs (notamment le sport, la culture, les salons/foires, l'entertainment et les grands événements).

Identification des besoins & vente de solutions : Vous analysez les enjeux spécifiques des prospects et élaborez des stratégies sur mesure apportant une réelle valeur ajoutée, une scalabilité opérationnelle et la pleine maîtrise de leurs données.

Gestion complète du cycle de vente (End-to-End) : Vous pilotez en toute autonomie l'ensemble du cycle de vente, du premier contact jusqu'à la signature, et modérez des processus de décision complexes auprès de multiples parties prenantes (jusqu'au C-Level).

Négociation contractuelle & partenariats : Vous menez à bien des négociations contractuelles exigeantes et construisez des partenariats durables sur le long terme.

Interface interne : En tant que lien entre les équipes CX (Customer Experience), Développement et Juridique, vous garantissez des workflows fluidifiés et contribuez activement à l'optimisation continue de nos processus.

Veille stratégique & représentation : Vous suivez de près les évolutions du marché ainsi que la concurrence, et intervenez comme un speaker convaincant lors d'événements professionnels pour positionner vivenu comme la plateforme technologique de référence.

Ce Dont Vous Avez Besoin Pour Réussir Dans Ce Rôle :

• Formation : Diplôme universitaire (Master/Bachelor en Gestion d'entreprise, Informatique de gestion, Management du sport/événementiel ou formation équivalente) avec une forte culture business.

Expérience professionnelle : Au moins 5 à 7 ans d'expérience réussie dans la vente B2B de solutions Enterprise complexes (idéalement SaaS / Logiciel) ou dans la vente de plateformes technologiques nécessitant une approche consultative.

ADN Startup & Mentalité Hands-on : Un esprit d'initiative marqué, une vraie fibre entrepreneuriale et la capacité à ouvrir de nouvelles voies dans un environnement dynamique à forte croissance (« building the plane while flying it »).

Conseil & Storytelling : Expérience en transformation digitale et capacité à intervenir comme un speaker inspirant, capable de captiver des interlocuteurs à tous les niveaux hiérarchiques autour de notre vision.

Vente consultative : Une approche commerciale structurée et orientée conseil, combinée à la ténacité et au closing nécessaires dans un environnement B2B basé sur la relation humaine.

Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise parfaite du français (pour couvrir la Suisse romande) et un anglais courant/professionnel. Des connaissances en allemand sont un avantage pour la communication interne et le marché suisse global.
