Role Summary and Impact

We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and commercially minded Account Manager to step into a pivotal role managing a diverse, high-profile portfolio of beauty and luxury fashion: RoC Skincare and, ME+EM. As our new Account Manager, you will sit right at the centre of client growth, campaign orchestration, and media delivery. You will take the reins on paid social (Meta) and PPC activation for RoC Skincare, using our cutting-edge AI tools to streamline optimisation and media management. Even if your background is rooted in planning, we will upskill and empower you through AI workflows and hands-on guidance to become a master of integrated execution.

Beyond day-to-day channel management, you will contribute directly to communications strategy and audience planning across the patch, lead key client relationships for high-stakes accounts like ME+EM, and get hands-on exposure to new business pitches and agency initiatives. You will play an active role in coaching and upskilling Account Executives across the wider team in audience insights, competitor benchmarking, and campaign logistics.

You will be leading and managing brands ranging from high-growth skincare giants to premier UK fashion labels:

RoC Skincare: An iconic, dermatologist-backed beauty brand known for its breakthrough anti-aging formulations. You will take charge of running and optimising paid social (Meta) and PPC accounts, driving performance and brand awareness through smart targeting and AI-assisted workflows.

ME+EM: A premier UK luxury fashion brand renowned for intelligent design and contemporary style. Founded by Clare Hornby, ME+EM is a flagship, highly visible account within T&P requiring sharp client gravitas, quick thinking, and impeccable attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Media Execution & AI-Powered Activation •    Paid Social & PPC Ownership: Take direct ownership of setting up, managing, and optimising Meta and PPC campaigns for RoC Skincare, ensuring campaigns perform against client KPIs. •    Embrace AI Workflows: Utilise WPP Open AI agents and modern automation tools to handle routine campaign management and reporting, freeing up your time for higher-level media strategy and creative optimisation. •    Performance Analysis: Monitor real-time performance data, identify trends, and make proactive budget adjustments to maximise ROI across digital channels.
2. Media Strategy, Audience Insights & Planning •    Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the Account Director to translate client briefs into cohesive, multi-platform media plans - particularly across RoC Skincare. •    Audience & Competitor Intelligence: Master audience planning tools to construct precision-targeted segments across digital and social channels. Perform regular competitor analysis and market benchmarking to feed fresh strategic ideas to clients.
3. Client Partnership & Pitch Opportunities •    Day-to-Day Client Leadership: Serve as a trusted daily partner for client marketing teams across RoC Skincare and ME+EM, running status meetings, managing timelines, and maintaining clear communication. •    Pitch & New Business Exposure: Get involved in exciting agency pitches and new business opportunities beyond day-to-day account management, sharpening your strategic pitch skills alongside senior agency leadership.
4. Operations, Finance & Team Mentorship •    Slick Financial Administration: Oversee campaign budgets, media bookings, billing, and monthly reconciliations across your portfolio to maintain immaculate commercial performance. •    Mentorship & AE Support: Act as a go-to mentor for junior Account Executives across the wider team, training them on audience insights, competitor analysis, and day-to-day agency operations. 

Skills & Experience: •    Agency Experience: account management or media planning experience within a digital, media, or integrated agency environment. •    Paid Social Background: Practical experience (or strong familiarity) with Meta Ads Manager and paid social channels. (PPC experience is a major plus; willingness to learn and apply AI-assisted execution is essential!). •    Audience & Competitor Analytics: Solid understanding of audience insight tools, competitive research methods, and media targeting strategies. •    Client Gravitas: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to present ideas clearly to senior stakeholders. •    Attention to Detail: Excellent organisational skills, financial numeracy, and pride in producing flawless client deliverables.
