We’re looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Director to build and scale Cenosco’s commercial presence across North America, with a strong focus on the US Oil & Gas and industrial market.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced enterprise sales leader who knows how to open doors, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and turn a new market into a sustainable revenue engine.

At Cenosco, you’ll be joining a growing SaaS company with a strong product-market fit in the Oil & Gas and industrial sector. Our software helps asset-intensive organisations manage integrity, reduce risk, and extend the life of their critical assets.

This is a player-coach role. You’ll be responsible for building the North American business while personally driving strategic enterprise opportunities. You’ll establish our presence in the market, develop key accounts and relationships, and over time build and lead a high-performing regional sales team.

Based in Houston, Texas, you’ll be close to one of the world’s most important Oil & Gas markets and have the opportunity to shape how Cenosco grows in North America from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow the North American business: Set the regional go-to-market strategy, own the revenue target and forecast, build the pipeline, and personally drive strategic enterprise opportunities.
• Be a Player-Coach: Lead complex, high-value sales cycles while building and developing the sales team as Cenosco’s presence in North America grows.
• Build the market and our network: Establish strong relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers across Oil & Gas and industrial organisations, particularly across Texas and the Gulf Coast.
• Collaborate and shape the future: Work closely with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Domain Experts, Product and Professional Services to win strategic accounts and bring market insights back into the global organisation.
• Represent Cenosco in the market: Build our brand and customer network through executive meetings, industry events, conferences and strategic travel.

What You’ll Need

• 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, software, technology or another complex solution environment, with a proven track record of winning new business and closing six-figure enterprise deals.
• Building territories, markets or customer bases from the ground up.
• Experience selling into Oil & Gas, Energy, Chemicals, Mining or other industrial sectors, with an established network or strong understanding of the Texas/Gulf Coast market being a major plus.
• Experience closing and overseeing large, complex deals (>$500k ARR) in multi stakeholder environments
• Experience in a leadership or player-coach role, with the ability to develop people and build a high-performing sales organisation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset - you're comfortable with ambiguity, move fast, and take ownership
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region (40%+)
