Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate and support sales activities, including client communication, site visits, and proposal preparation.
• Maintain and update client databases and sales management systems accurately.
• Prepare sales reports, contracts, and correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Support the planning and execution of sales events and promotions.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, front office, and events to ensure client needs are met.
• Provide excellent service to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring Marriott’s standards of hospitality are upheld.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with Marriott brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales and hospitality at Marriott
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A guest-oriented attitude with a focus on service excellence.
