We are seeking a talented individual to join our Multinational, Risk Management Practice team at Marsh. This role will be based in Dubai, UAE. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an Account Executive (Client Relationship Management), you will support the delivery of Marsh’s capabilities to a portfolio of low- to medium-risk clients by coordinating day-to-day service, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring responsive communication and follow-through. This role blends tactical client service with emerging business development responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to build technical knowledge while helping identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the client portfolio.

We will count on you to:

• Serve as a first point of contact for day-to-day communication with assigned low- to medium-risk accounts, ensuring timely follow-up, coordination, and service continuity.
• Support client relationship management by building strong working relationships with key client contacts and keeping senior colleagues informed of account activity, service issues, and feedback.
• Coordinate service delivery by liaising between clients, internal stakeholders, and external parties to ensure clear communication and efficient execution of client requirements.
• Support quotations, renewals, and placements by gathering required information, preparing client documentation and reports, and delivering within agreed timelines.
• Conduct market, industry, and client research to support account planning, strengthen client conversations, and identify growth opportunities.
• Identify and track cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and collaborate with senior colleagues and specialty teams to introduce relevant Marsh solutions.

What you need to have:

• 3–8 years of progressive experience in account management, client service, or business development in insurance brokerage, consulting, or a similarly client-focused environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple accounts and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate service.
• Experience supporting quotations, renewals, placements, or transactional client servicing with strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel); comfort using CRM/account management platforms.

• Insurance or risk management experience, including familiarity with brokerage operations and multinational clients.
• Experience supporting business development activities and helping drive growth within an existing client portfolio.
• Insurance-related certification and a track record of producing polished client-ready reports, presentations, or documentation.
