Role Overview
ClearGrid is looking for a driven, detail-oriented AI Prompt Engineer Intern to join our team in Dubai for a 6-month, fully on-site internship. In this role, you will be deeply immersed in the world of Voice AI LLMs, writing, testing, and refining the prompt architectures that power high-stakes voice interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Voice AI Prompt Writing: Design, test, and optimize conversational prompt scripts specifically tailored for real-time Voice AI applications.
- Client-Specific Adaptations: Develop tailored prompt systems and persona frameworks across a diverse portfolio of client accounts and industries.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering teams, product managers, and external client stakeholders to continuously improve conversational accuracy and tone.
- Iterative Evaluation: Analyze edge cases, user responses, and latency factors to continuously refine prompt performance and eliminate hallucinations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong grasp of Large Language Models (LLMs) and the principles of prompt engineering.
- Keen interest in Voice AI, conversational design, and natural language processing.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to nuance, tone, and logic.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and collaborate effectively across multiple projects in a dynamic startup setting.
- Availability to work fully on-site at our Dubai office during standard business hours.
- Fluent Hindi/Urdu speakers preferred.
