The Opportunity

Join the team at Lysaght Albury and help deliver the service experience our customers know and trust. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, managing enquiries, processing orders and coordinating with internal teams to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time. The relationships you build with customers and colleagues will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and the continued success of the branch.

This permanent full-time opportunity is based at our Albury branch, where you'll work as part of a small, supportive team partnering closely with transport, production and operations. It's a role that offers plenty of variety, customer interaction and exposure to different parts of the business. No two days are quite the same.

What Will You Do

Working with customers and internal teams, you'll play an important role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers receive the high level of service our business is known for. Responsibilities include:

• manage customer enquiries via phone and email
• process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• coordinate order fulfilment and provide customer updates
• work closely with transport, operations and production teams
• investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• maintain accurate system and order records
• manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• contribute to a safe and collaborative team environment
• support continuous improvement initiatives and team processes

We're open to candidates from a range of customer-focused backgrounds. Product knowledge can be taught; we're looking for someone with a genuine passion for customer service and a willingness to learn. You will bring:
