The Director of Tax will lead the global tax function and serve as the company’s most senior in-house tax authority. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the company’s worldwide tax strategy across a complex, multi-jurisdictional operating structure. In this role you will own all aspects of US, Canadian, and global income tax, indirect tax, and transfer pricing, ensuring full compliance across every jurisdiction while proactively designing tax-efficient structures that minimize the company’s overall tax exposure. Beyond compliance, you will partner with executive leadership to recommend commercial tax strategies, including how the company structures its billing, operating, and cost-plus entities across countries to optimize both tax outcomes and business objectives.
