1.    Establish and build strong relationship with key accounts; work closely with them to develop and drive business forecasts and ensure good market share within assigned key accounts.
2.    Review and monitor market competitions and customer trends; analyze and proactively respond to the changes to keep company and product services competitive.
3.    Keep updated with new product launches and communicate closely with corporate to design in the new products to assigned key accounts.
4.    Work closely with the customer service & fulfillment as well as ASM team members to ensure all customer related matters are addressed and attended to well.
5.    Develop well thought out business plans and account profiles and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve planned targeted revenue for those product lines responsible for.
6.    Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients to maintain product loyalty, and increase market share. This includes identifying Key Opinion Leaders and building strong business relationships with these customers. Requirements
7.    BCH or above, major in engineering related discipline.
8.    8+ years with proven working experiences in sales, account management, product management or technical management in semi-con industry preferred.
9.    Demonstrated strong communication skills (both in Chinese & English) and interpersonal skills through multiple levels and functions within company and within customers.
10.    Good leadership and prioritizing capability, self-motivated and passionate, strategic thinking.
11.    Strong negotiation skill with well planned & aligned strategies to close deals for maximized benefits for the company; sales operation experience. 
12.    Experience of fighting tough battles in business development or sales activities. Must have personally led or fully participated in sales projects which are disadvantaged position, and overcome all difficulties to reverse the passive situation in the projects.
