Your Mission

• Our tech stack includes Rails, React Native & React infour components:

• iPad-App (React Native)

• Mini server within the dental practice (Ruby/Sinatra)

• Central backend (Ruby on Rails)

• Template-Editor (React)

• You will be responsible for our backend systems and should be very familiar with Ruby on Rails or a similar web framework

• You will handle DevOps tasks related to our infrastructure (deployment, CI/CD, monitoring) andensure the stable, secure, and scalable operation of our components

What You Have To Offer

• 5+ years experience in software development
• A good understanding of REST APIs
• We like clean and tested code and we hope you do too
• Experience with DevOps practices (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, and GitHub Actions) and a solid understanding of how modern web applications are operated
• Good English proficiency. Knowledge of German is a plus
• You can contribute to work estimations and refinements in collaboration with our product owner and other engineers to ensure well-defined projects
• You thrive in a remote-first environment and recognize the value of clear communication and well-maintained documentation
• You embrace critical thought and differences to improve our product and processes
