Your Mission

Build Software That Matters You'll develop industrial software that powers daily operations at Aurubis, our parent company. Your work will have a real impact beyond a backlog item. Working with TypeScript, React, and Playwright, you'll build features end-to-end while keeping systems maintainable, performant, and intuitive for real users.

Develop Elegant Solutions To Complex Problems You'll tackle challenges without obvious answers, always asking "why?" before "how?" Working closely with product owners and designers, you'll find clean technical solutions to business problems. You'll contribute to architectural decisions, balance moving fast with building sustainably, and write code that's easily maintainable years from now.

Collaborate and Grow Together As part of our international engineering team, you'll work closely with others to find solutions and share ownership of features end-to-end. You'll participate in technical discussions, share knowledge, support each other, and continuously improve how we build software together.

Qualifications And Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on frontend experience in a team setting. We're looking for someone who has lived and breathed frontend, not just touched it on the side
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and React
• Strong understanding of Git, PostgreSQL, and writing meaningful tests
• Bonus: Experience with Kafka, GitLab CI/CD, MongoDB, Keycloak, Helm, or Kubernetes
• Thinks before coding, documents approaches, and considers trade-offs
• Plans for maintainability and brings foresight to technical decisions
• Collaborative team player who helps the team avoid pitfalls
• Fluent English communication (German is a plus)
• Located in Germany
