The role supports preparation and follow-up of deployments, maintains operational handbooks and alerting plans, prepares situation reports and presentations, supports coordination functions, and processes standard deployment cost estimates and reimbursements. The post is EG 8 TVöD (Bund) at 19.5 hours per week.

Eligible backgrounds include a three-year commercial/public-administration apprenticeship, a state-certified technician or master craft qualification, a three-year technical apprenticeship, or another three-year apprenticeship combined with relevant commercial experience or substantial THW experience. Good MS Office skills and a B/BE-equivalent driving licence are required, along with operational availability when needed.
