Test it here: +390473532029 YOUR ROLE: You own the Italian market on the sales side. You'll build and lead a high-performing AE team from the ground up – hiring, ramping, coaching and holding the bar on day-to-day execution. You stay close to the front line: running deals yourself when it matters, jumping into demos and discovery calls, and setting the standard for how we sell in Italy. You own the French sales number – monthly and yearly targets – and you're accountable for a reliable forecast. You work hand in hand with Marketing on lead-gen for the ITA market and with Customer Success on clean handoffs. You translate what works in DACH into the Italian context, feed learnings back to the leadership team, and shape how the whole French sales motion scales. WHAT'S WAITING FOR YOU:

• Market ownership: Full responsibility for fonio's sales performance in Italy.
• Team building: Hire, ramp and coach the Italian AE & SDR team as we scale.
• Player-coach: Lead from the front – stay in deals and demos, not just dashboards.
• Quota ownership: Clear monthly and yearly targets for the ITA market - you´re setting it up for the team.
• Cross-functional impact: Close collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success and the founders.
• Build, don't maintain: Shape the Italian sales motion in a fast-scaling startup. WHAT WE OFFER:
• €100,000 – 150,000 (base + uncapped commission; depending on experience)
• On-site in Barcelona (with a 2-month onboarding on-site in Vienna to start)

• Direct line to the founders and real ownership over an entire market WHAT YOU BRING:
• Several years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of closing along a clear funnel
• First leadership or team-lead experience
• Strong product and technology understanding
• Italian at native level and confident, fluent English; German is a strong plus
