Your job is to get them on the phone long enough to find out.</p> <p><strong>What this role actually looks like</strong></p> <p>Every day, you'll be reaching out to operations managers, fleet directors, and business owners across Europe — via phone, email, and LinkedIn — to start conversations about how Samsara could help their business. You'll be making 40+ calls a day. But this isn't just a numbers game — you'll build genuine, lasting relationships with the prospects you speak to, and work hand-in-hand with your Account Executive to move those conversations forward and turn them into real opportunities.</p> <p><strong>Why high performers in sales make this move</strong></p> <p>You're good at selling. Samsara's ADR programme has a clear path to a closing Account Executive role, typically within two years. You'll be trained on cold calling, objection handling, and our sales tools from day one.</li> <li><strong>ADR II</strong> — Move to outbound.
