As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of Cloud Computing. Your responsibilities will be engaging new customers, with the goals of maximizing customer success and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess both the business acumen to drive engagements at the executive level as well a technical sales background that enables them to engage with software developers and IT architects. You should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a list of named account coverage plan and consistently deliver results. You will have the ability to qualify and prioritize an extremely high volume of potential opportunities and inquiries

Key job responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities · Work with the segment Manager to help defining marketing strategy, identify opportunities how to drive business expansion in a defined territory · Develop and execute against a named account plan, meet and exceed your targets · Manage numerous accounts concurrently and strategically. · Effectively manage a high volume of inquiries from new and existing customers · Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services · Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption. · Ensure customer satisfaction · Regular traveling across the related territory

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in sales/business development, or experience in customer acquisition
• Experience as a quota carrying technology field sales individual, or business development professional Experience co-ordinating multiple members of the sales team dedicated to a particular account, such as Inside Sales, Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers etc. Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long term transformational account strategies Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and other lines of business Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects to Enterprise Customers

Preferred Qualifications

• A technical or educational background in engineering, computer science Experience selling cloud solutions Cross functional selling experience (Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services, Partner, and ISV)

The minimum gross base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.

Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment and sales incentives. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements.

In addition to statutory benefits and those applicable to the relevant CBA, company supplementary benefits may apply subject to further terms.
