Internships are onsite and run full-time for three to six months. Interns work on high-priority operational projects and data analysis aimed at improving fulfilment centres, sortation centres and delivery stations. Amazon states that successful interns may be considered for a graduate role or a second internship.

Applicants must be in their penultimate year, graduating in 2028, or final year and working toward a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or a related field. They must be eligible for a full-time 40-hours-per-week internship of three to six months with a start date between January and July 2027 and have the right to work in Italy by the start date.
