ROLE DEFINITION

Drive profitable business growth through the strategic management of key accounts, expansion of existing business, and development of new opportunities within the following Performance Segments:

• Electrical & Electronics (E&E)

• Industrial

• Consumer

• Medical

Responsibilities 职责

Key Accountabilities

• Manage key customers and channel partners (Shosha) for Engineering Plastics and Performance Materials.

• Develop and implement account strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.

• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate target markets and create pipeline opportunities.

• Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives as required.

• Manage expenses in accordance with the budget guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards.

• Provide timely and accurate reports to management.

• Build strong customer relationships, establish trust, identify new business opportunities at target accounts, and drive application development.

Activities for job

• Develop and execute account strategies and business plans for assigned accounts.

• Visit customers regularly and promote Celanese products in collaboration with Business Units, Application Development, and Marketing teams.

• Lead project review meetings and coordinate activities across functions for assigned accounts.

• Participate in sales meetings and contribute to business planning discussions.

• Manage CRM and internal systems, including pipeline, sales forecast, pricing, and opportunity management.

• Communicate key business information effectively and in a timely manner with relevant internal stakeholders.

Qualifications 要求

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Several years in sales and related experience in electronics, chemical, or automotive industries.

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline.

• Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with customers.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Fluent in Japanese, with written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and committed to continuous personal development.

• Strong customer focus with the ability to understand customer needs and solve business challenges.

• Financial acumen to understand the consequence of pricing actions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce (SFDC).

• Willingness to travel domestically as required.
