The role supports timely field-office administration and finance services, funds management across planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting, budget management, HACT activities and partner capacity development, and operational coordination with field and national-office teams.

Completion of secondary education is required, together with at least seven years of relevant experience in administration, operations, financial management, office administration, budgeting, procurement, logistics, travel, vendor management, grants, compliance, supply or a related field. Fluency in French is required. UNICEF states that it does not facilitate visas or work authorization for General Service positions.
