Ready to take the next step in your career as a Customer Support Supervisor within an international logistics environment? At our brand-new campus in Echt, you will play an important role in the implementation of a new customer within our Consumer Product division.

This is not your average Customer Support role. You will be involved from day one in setting up the support function for a major new client. In the coming months, the Customer Support team will continue to grow around you, giving you the opportunity to help shape processes, build structure and contribute to the development of a strong team.

You'll work closely with and receive support from the Customer Support Manager as you further develop your leadership skills. This makes the position an excellent next step for an experienced Customer Support professional who is ready to combine hands-on customer interaction with coaching, coordination and increasing leadership responsibilities.

YOUR TASKS

As a Customer Support Supervisor, you combine day-to-day customer support with coordinating and developing the team, while playing an active role in the successful implementation of our new customer.

• Actively support the implementation of a new customer and the setup and further development of the Customer Support team;

• Work towards key targets related to service delivery, profitability and customer satisfaction;

• Manage customer reporting, including KPIs, invoicing and status reports;

• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external escalations;

• Work closely with Operations to translate customer requirements into clear actions;

• Support the Customer Support Manager with hiring, training, planning and evaluating team members;

• Coach and motivate team members and support their professional development;

• Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement;

• Lead internal meetings and provide updates to the customer.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive professional who is ready to take the next step towards a leadership role and enjoys combining operational responsibilities with coaching and developing others.

• Experience in coaching and motivating people within a Customer Support environment;

• Strong communication skills in English;

• A results-driven and customer-focused mindset;

• The ability to balance hands-on customer interaction with leadership responsibilities;

• A Bachelor's degree (HBO) or equivalent level through relevant working experience is preferred;

• Good knowledge of MS Office;

• Experience with SAP is considered an advantage.
