Competency Framework, Onboarding & Capability Development Develop and maintain a global MSL competency model, certification programs, and role expectations. Partner with Medical Content and Training to design robust field medical onboarding programs and continuous learning curricula (e.g., journal clubs, reinforcement/verbalization trainings), including scientific acumen, communication skills, engagement planning, and compliance requirements. Partner with MCT to plan and execute integrated launch trainings, new data, congress preparation, and medical platforms. Insights, Execution Quality & Field Performance Optimization Partner with Medical Analytics and Insights/Medical Solutions teams to streamline insights capture, governance, and analytics, driving high-quality, actionable intelligence into medical strategy. Define KPIs and dashboards measuring MSL performance, impact, and scientific engagement excellence to foster continuous improvement. Conduct quality reviews of field interactions, insights, and medical planning outputs; recommend improvements to enhance scientific value. Operations, Processes & Digital Enablement Oversee global processes supporting Field Medical, such as scientific engagement planning, territory management, stakeholder mapping, and compliant documentation. Collaborate on digital transformation initiatives (e.g., Veeva PromoMats and CRM, Learning Management Systems, insights platforms, congress planning systems) to optimize Field Medical workflows and data visibility. Ensure operational readiness for global milestones, launches, and cross-functional initiatives. Collaboration, Leadership & Governance Serve as a key advisor and strategic partner to Field Medical leadership across regions.
