Editorial policy

Useful information, clear attribution and honest limits.

Opportunity records

Automated importers collect public source records and organize the fields they provide. Descriptions may reproduce the provider’s wording. Source links, category and location filters, deadlines and organized application facts support discovery; they do not establish that every claim was independently fact-checked.

Missing details should stay missing rather than be guessed. Deadlines and source information can change. Readers should confirm important facts at the original destination. Expired reference records are identified separately from current listings.

Article publication

New article submissions, including CSV and automated imports, are retained as drafts until an authorized editor reads the current content and records a publication decision. The editor must check factual claims where necessary, consider permission to publish, and explain the specific value the article adds through original explanation, examples, analysis or evidence. Useful original essays do not require invented citations.

The review is bound to the current title, excerpt, body and references. Changing them requires a fresh review before republication. An import flag, automated score, verification timestamp or length alone is not editorial approval. A visible review label appears only when a current review record exists. Older articles may lack such a record.

References and dates

References identify source material; a link alone does not prove a claim. Publication dates describe publication, not a provider’s release date. Source retrieval dates describe collection, not a guarantee of current availability. We do not invent expert authors, source checks or update dates to improve a page’s appearance.

Corrections and content holds

Repetitive templates, unsupported claims, incomplete records and unclear attribution require review. Content can be held as a draft or retained as a clearly limited reference rather than expanded with generic filler. Search indexing and advertising eligibility are evaluated separately. Editorial approval does not guarantee approval by an advertising platform.

Website directory

Directory submissions start pending. Review considers category fit, usefulness, content safety and submission authority. Spam, deceptive offers, malware, unlawful material, copied content and sites created primarily to sell SEO links are not suitable. Optional links or badges do not influence approval priority.

If you identify an error, include the page URL and the relevant original-source evidence when contacting the site operator through an available contact channel. For the current rules of an opportunity, contact its named provider.
