Full job description

IT Administration & Operations Support

• Support daily IT administration and operational coordination activities.
• Maintain and update IT documentation, reports, operational records, and knowledge repositories.
• Manage IT asset inventories and device lifecycle activities, including tracking, assignment, handover, return, and inventory control.
• Coordinate the shipment, receiving, and movement of IT equipment across locations.
• Support IT procurement activities, including quotation collection, supplier coordination, goods receiving, invoice processing, and payment support.
• Prepare regular inventory, operational, and management reports to support decision-making.
• Assist in creating user guides, knowledge articles, training materials, and process documentation.
• Support meeting coordination, task tracking, and administrative activities related to IT projects and services.
• Support the planning and coordination of departmental events and initiatives, including project progress tracking and contributing ideas for communication and engagement materials.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational data analysis

IT Help Desk & User Support

• Provide first-level support through phone calls, chats, tickets, and meetings.
• Assist users with common hardware, software, and workplace IT issues.
• Support laptop and device preparation, installation, configuration, and deployment.
• Assist in monitoring support tickets and coordinating with relevant IT teams to ensure timely support delivery.
• Support IT operational activities, internal events, and other assigned projects when required.

Qualifications and requirements

• 4th year student majoring in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Mandatory: Vietnamese & English; additional languages a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• IT Helpdesk support experience or knowledge
• Preferred: Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and IT services, business operations, or administrative processes
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a multicultural working environment
• Customer-oriented with a professional service mindset
• Patience, empathy, and curiosity with a commitment to continuous learning
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills
