This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Social & Ads Intern (Marketing & Growth Team) based in India. This is a hands-on marketing role offering exposure to social media, paid acquisition, content, and growth across multiple brands and industries. You will support live campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Google, and other advertising channels. The role combines creative execution with practical exposure to funnels, audience targeting, campaign performance, and conversion optimization. You will collaborate closely with design, copywriting, strategy, AI, engineering, and sales teams to bring campaigns from concept to execution. Your work will contribute directly to audience growth, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue-focused marketing initiatives. You will gain experience working across both B2B and B2C audiences, with exposure to technology, AI, manufacturing, and investment-related products. This remote, 12-week opportunity is designed for a curious and organized early-career marketer who wants meaningful hands-on experience in a fast-moving environment.

Prepare and schedule daily or multi-daily social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok. Adapt messaging and content to different brand identities, audiences, industries, and communication styles. Follow established brand guidelines, content calendars, and voice-of-customer insights to maintain consistency and quality. Support the structure and execution of advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels. Draft initial advertising concepts, headlines, calls to action, audience notes, and other campaign messaging. Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure advertising and social content remain visually consistent and aligned with brand positioning. Assist with the development of top-of-funnel, mid-funnel, and conversion-focused campaigns. Support lead-generation initiatives targeting different audiences, including investors, research subscribers, manufacturers, and engineering buyers. Assist external growth clients with social media content and advertising frameworks. Review campaign and social performance metrics with the growth team and contribute ideas for optimization. Maintain organized content libraries, creative briefs, campaign documentation, and marketing collateral. Support the promotion of research content and the development of buyer-focused content designed to communicate technical and industry expertise. Help strengthen the marketing infrastructure, processes, and systems used across multiple brands and future ventures. Requirements 0–1 year of professional experience, internship experience, academic projects, or demonstrated practical experience in marketing, social media, advertising, or growth is relevant. Strong written English with clear, concise, and professional communication skills. Ability to understand and adapt to different brand voices, audiences, and positioning requirements. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to consistency and quality control. Familiarity with at least one social media scheduling platform, such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Zoho Social. Familiarity with at least one advertising platform, such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager, is advantageous. Basic understanding of marketing analytics dashboards and performance metrics. Interest in social media marketing, paid acquisition, content creation, funnels, and digital growth. Curious, proactive, reliable, and comfortable learning new tools, platforms, and marketing concepts quickly. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with design, copywriting, strategy, engineering, AI, and sales teams.
