Meet Your Team: Partnerships (Demand & Supply)

Big ambitions lead to big impact—and big revenue numbers. The Partnerships team is an indispensable unit driving adjoe to connect every single app user on the globe with top-tier advertisers and publishers.

In this dual-impact role, you will sit at the intersection of both supply and demand. You won't just focus on seamlessly integrating our ad solutions into publishers’ apps to maximize their yield; you will also empower mobile gaming advertisers to scale their user acquisition (UA) campaigns efficiently. Today, our formats reach hundreds of millions of monthly active users through our extensive network of partner apps. Join this highly charged team and reshape the way the mobile ad ecosystem operates!

What you will do:

• Establish strong relations with potential mobile gaming/app advertisers (Demand) and app publishers (Supply) in Korea and bring them to use adjoe’s solution.

• Perform market research to determine new opportunities as well as plans to capitalize on them effectively.

• Be responsible for overall pipeline management including lead generation, reach-outs, and closing.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders on onboarding and growing your clients.

• Prepare customized sales presentations for your partners.

• Gather and communicate your partner’s needs and industry trends internally.

• Be part of an international English-speaking team and a very international company.

Who you are:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the adtech or the mobile advertising space with a proven track record

• You understand the standard KPIs used in adtech (CPI, eCPM, CPC, ARPDAU, etc.)

• You are a fluent Korean speaker and proficient in English

• You possess outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)

• You have a revenue-driven attitude and are hungry to make a real impact on sales in Korea

• You like to work in a fast-paced environment

• You take strong ownership of your work while bringing a proactive, one-team mindset

• You have experience using a CRM & Google Suite (especially, with Sheets and Slides)
