Wij zijn op zoek naar een

Customer Service Specialist Collections (Franstalig)

Minimaal 2 dagen op ons kantoor in Heerenveen / deels vanuit huis

Ben jij communicatief sterk, analytisch ingesteld en sta je stevig in je schoenen? Als Franstalig Customer Service Specialist Collections bij Riverty ben je dagelijks in contact met consumenten en zoek je samen naar haalbare oplossingen voor openstaande vorderingen. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen adviseren, doorvragen, inspelen op de financiële situatie van de consument en het aanbieden van een haalbare betaaloplossing.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je werkt in een goed op elkaar ingespeeld team van incassospecialisten, waar we veel waarde hechten aan samenwerking, humor én input voor verbetering
• Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor Frans sprekende consumenten (zowel inbound als outbound) met een openstaande vordering
• Je hebt contact met consumenten of bedrijven via telefoon, e-mail en WhatsApp
• Je maakt betaalafspraken met consumenten en legt alle handelingen nauwkeurig vast in het incassosysteem
• Je behandelt bezwaren en informatieverzoeken

Qualifications and requirements

Kwalificaties:

• Niet iedereen kan of wil direct betalen maar jij kunt omgaan met lastige gesprekken en je denkt in oplossingen
• Je herkent betaalproblematiek en draagt een correcte en efficiënte oplossing aan
• Je bent flexibel inzetbaar (binnen de openingstijden van onze afdeling Collections)
• Je beschikt over een diploma op minimaal MBO3 niveau omdat dit een wettelijke vereiste is
• Je beschikt over de certificaten NVI basis, Wft basis en Wft CK of bent bereid deze binnen het eerste jaar van je indiensttreding te behalen
• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Frans én Nederlands

• Startsalaris van € 2.660 bruto op basis van een fulltime werkweek

• Er geldt een loonsverhoging van € 100 bruto op basis van een fulltime werkweek per behaald certificaat
• Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per km of volledige vergoeding wanneer je reist met OV
• Thuiswerkvergoeding van € 2,45 per dag
