Jobs

0G Labs is hiring a full-time hybrid Project Manager in Singapore to turn company priorities into structured cross-functional projects and drive execution across business, product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities & complete job details

The official posting says the Project Manager will translate priorities into clear projects, owners, timelines and measurable outcomes; coordinate across functions; identify blockers early; and keep stakeholders aligned in a distributed working environment. Strong asynchronous communication and documentation are emphasized. Preferred backgrounds include startup or scale-up environments, AI, cloud infrastructure, developer tools or other technology companies, as well as experience building project-management processes for distributed teams. The employer states that compensation is market-competitive and that most roles include exposure to pre-launch tokens, but it does not publish a numeric salary range for this opening.

Requirements & qualifications

The employer requires fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English and expects the successful candidate to operate independently in a fast-moving environment. The posting also values experience coordinating Chinese-speaking engineering teams with English-speaking business stakeholders and familiarity with collaboration/project tools such as Linear, Jira, Notion or Slack. Consulting or strategy experience is listed as a plus rather than a requirement.
