We are looking to develop a trainee into providing the best recruitment experiences to our candidates and land their next job without boundaries!

Atlean World is an International HR Consultant that aims to promote multicultural environments as the new reality. We specialize in multilingual markets, making the candidate’s recruitment journey smoother and more enjoyable.

We are offering an opportunity as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in BPO industries (such as Customer Service, Call-Center, Sales & Marketing) to be integrated with an international and innovative team.

The Role:

You will act as a Consultant, managing the bridge between high-growth BPO companies and talent.

• Talent Scouting: Proactively source and headhunt candidates using AI-driven tools and creative marketing.
• The Pitch: Pre-screen and interview candidates, acting as their career consultant to find the perfect fit.
• Pipeline Management: Manage vacancies from A to Z, ensuring a fast-paced, "no-boundaries" experience for every applicant.
• Relationship Building: Maintain continuous follow-ups, ensuring successful placements and happy candidates.

Requirements

If you are a communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments, you belong here.

• Language: Strong communication skills with a fluent/good level of English
• Mindset: You understand the BPO world (Call Centers, Sales, Tech Support) and enjoy the "hustle" of a sales-driven environment.
• Profile: Multicultural at heart. International experiences (Erasmus, volunteering, or travel) are highly valued.
