We are offering an exciting opportunity onsite, in Lisbon, for the role of Latvian-Speaking Trust & Safety Analyst.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Comprehensive training will be provided on the product/service, a dynamic social media platform enabling users to create and share short videos on diverse topics and trends.

• Review reported content (images, videos, text, and ads) in Latvian and English, ensuring compliance with platform policies and legal standards.
• Evaluate advertisements to identify and prevent misleading, inappropriate, or non-compliant content.
• Investigate reported violations using internal tools, verifying claims and determining appropriate actions.
• Ensure consistent adherence to legal requirements and platform guidelines across all reviewed content.
• Document moderation activities and prepare detailed reports, identifying trends and recurring issues.

Requirements

Requirements for success in this role:

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Latvian
• Good computer skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Experience or Interest in Digital Marketing or Google Advertising
• High School Diploma
• EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
