As a boutique premium airline, we are redefining the leisure travel experience through a refined product and operational excellence. Our First Officers play a key role in supporting safe, disciplined and efficient flight operations, while contributing to a strong cockpit culture.

We are currently recruiting A320 First Officers for base opportunities in:
- Malé, Maldives (MLE)
- Commuting contracts (no permanent base)
Responsibilities
- Assist the Captain in operating the aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Monitor the aircraft's systems and performance during all phases of flight.
- Help plan flight routes, considering weather, fuel requirements, and air traffic control.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including flight operation manuals, checklists, and procedures set forth by Beond and the regulatory authorities.
- Perform pre-flight checks and briefings, and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
- Assist with the preparation of detailed flight plans, taking into account aircraft performance and weather.
- Maintain communication with the Captain and ground personnel to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
Requirements
- Valid EASA/ICAO/FAA ATPL or CPL/IR with ATPL credits
- Current A320 family type rating with the last date of flight within 3 months
- Class 1 Medical Certificate
- ICAO English Level 4 (Level 5 preferred)
- 500 hours total flight time on A320 family aircraft
