Full job description
Your contribution to something big:
-
Support Packaging Buyers in the day-to-day management of supplier relationships;
-
Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs), ensuring the collection and follow-up of supplier proposals;
-
Analyze received quotations, contributing to the comparison and evaluation of different supplier offers;
-
Support price negotiation processes with suppliers, focusing on cost competitiveness;
-
Prepare and organize the documentation required for auction processes and other purchasing initiatives.
Qualifications and requirements
What distinguishes you:

Undergraduate or Master's student in Industrial Engineering, Economics, International Relations, or a similar field (mandatory curricular internship);

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
-
Fluent in English (mandatory requirement);
-
Strong analytical and organizational skills;
-
Good communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders;
-
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in an international environment.
