Full job description

Your contribution to something big:

• Support Packaging Buyers in the day-to-day management of supplier relationships;

• Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs), ensuring the collection and follow-up of supplier proposals;

• Analyze received quotations, contributing to the comparison and evaluation of different supplier offers;

• Support price negotiation processes with suppliers, focusing on cost competitiveness;

• Prepare and organize the documentation required for auction processes and other purchasing initiatives.

Qualifications and requirements

What distinguishes you:

• Undergraduate or Master's student in Industrial Engineering, Economics, International Relations, or a similar field (mandatory curricular internship);

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;

• Fluent in English (mandatory requirement);

• Strong analytical and organizational skills;

• Good communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders;

• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in an international environment.
