Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience. Negotiate commercial agreements and maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance data. Apply consultative selling techniques to understand customer requirements and communicate solutions that support business growth. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B SaaS sales professional with a strong outbound sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close complex deals. A proactive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented approach to achieving sales objectives. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Permanent residency in California or Arizona. Benefits: Competitive compensation: $75,000 annual base salary plus $75,000 variable compensation, for a total on-target earnings (OTE) of $150,000. Equity opportunities: Access to company equity as part of the compensation package. Healthcare coverage: Medical, dental, and vision benefits. Retirement savings: Access to a 401(k) plan.
