This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Executive, Enterprise (Remote Midwest) based in United States. This is a high-impact enterprise sales role focused on accelerating adoption of AI-powered recruiting technology. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through complex negotiations and close. The role is designed for an experienced quota-carrying seller who thrives in multi-stakeholder, high-value B2B SaaS environments. You will engage senior executives and cross-functional buying groups while helping customers understand the practical business impact of AI in recruiting. Beyond closing deals, you’ll bring market intelligence directly to product and leadership teams to influence the evolution of a category-defining solution. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, transparent, and strongly oriented toward learning and measurable outcomes.
