Overview ■Overview 金融業界（主に大手銀行・地域銀行）の戦略アカウントを複数担当し、お客様のAI活用、業務改革、デジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）を推進する。 お客様の経営課題や業界課題を理解し、Microsoftのソリューションとパートナーエコシステムを活用して、お客様のビジネス成長と変革を実現するアカウント責任者として活動する。 ■組織のミッション Microsoftのミッションである「Empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more」の実現に向け、エンタープライズおよび戦略アカウントに対して長期的なビジネス変革を支援する。 ■担当領域 大手銀行と大手証券のAccount Executive AI Transformation Cloud Transformation Security Transformation Data & Application Modernization Business Applications Industry Digital Transformation Responsibilities 1. Account Leadership 担当顧客の経営戦略・事業戦略・IT戦略を理解する 中長期のAccount Planを策定し実行する 顧客ごとの成長戦略を定義する Microsoftアカウントチーム全体をリードする 社内外ステークホルダーとの連携を推進する 顧客エグゼクティブとのリレーション構築とエグゼクティブスポンサーシップを構築する 2. Business Growth & Revenue Management 売上目標達成に責任を持つ Forecast精度を維持する Pipeline Creationを推進する 大型案件の戦略立案とクロージングをリードする Consumption Growthを推進する Strategic DealのExecutive Alignmentを形成する 3. Customer Transformation Leadership AI Transformation案件をリードし戦略立案をサポートする 顧客の業務改革を推進する Innovationテーマを発掘する Microsoftおよびパートナーソリューションを活用した提案を推進する 4. Executive Relationship Management 顧客満足度向上に責任を持つ 顧客とのコミュニケーション計画を策定する 顧客エグゼクティブとのリレーション構築とエグゼクティブスポンサーシップを構築する エグゼクティブレベルでの課題解決を推進する 5.
