ABOUT THE ROLE

Full job description

ABOUT THE ROLE Join a cybersecurity sales team focused on helping modern businesses automate compliance and security. You will drive new revenue across small and midsize businesses in the DACH region, working in a high-velocity, inbound-heavy sales motion. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own new revenue across SMB accounts in the DACH region, primarily from inbound and BDR-sourced leads while generating some pipeline independently.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification through close, with an average cycle of about 30 days.
  • Run structured discovery and product demonstrations, qualifying opportunities against a clear framework.
  • Engage SMB decision-makers, including founders and operations leaders.
  • Explain compliance and security topics in terms of clear business value.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts in HubSpot.
  • Work with BDR, product, and onboarding teams to improve sales playbooks and share market feedback. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • C1 or C2 German proficiency and confidence communicating with customers in German.
  • One to two years of experience as a BDR, ideally with readiness to move into an AE role, or experience closing high-velocity SMB deals as an Account Executive.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced, high-volume, demo-driven sales environment and motivation to close deals.
  • A coachable approach, with interest in learning and improving, and some exposure to demos or closing.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Clay, or Apollo is helpful.
  • Experience in an early-stage startup is valuable. Exposure to compliance, information security, risk, or GRC is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION Hybrid role based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, with two to three days per week in the sales office and flexibility where needed.
