Join a high-performing sales team focused on accelerating business growth and building lasting relationships with customers across diverse industries. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in converting qualified prospects into customers and delivering an exceptional first impression. You’ll manage opportunities throughout the sales funnel, lead engaging virtual demonstrations, and communicate the value of tailored solutions. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives on targets, enjoys overcoming objections, and takes ownership of results. You’ll collaborate closely with senior sales leaders in a fast-paced, supportive environment that values initiative, resilience, and continuous improvement. Bring your curiosity, competitive spirit, and growth mindset to a role where your contribution can make a measurable impact.
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, manage inbound demo requests, and establish clear next steps. Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all leads, contacts, opportunities, and sales activities are consistently documented. Move prospects through the sales funnel using structured follow-up strategies across calls, emails, text messages, and LinkedIn. Engage warm leads through persuasive outreach, schedule meetings, and deliver effective virtual product or service demonstrations. Understand customer needs, research their businesses, and present relevant solutions that communicate clear value. Address objections, respond to customer questions, tailor pricing discussions, negotiate effectively, and identify opportunities for upselling. Work closely with senior sales colleagues to achieve revenue targets, share prospect feedback, and continuously improve sales messaging and processes. Manage daily priorities independently, maintain a healthy pipeline, and consistently work toward or exceed performance goals. Requirements: At least 2 years of sales-related experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, with 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or marketing considered valuable. Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and convert qualified leads into paying customers. Experience with structured follow-up processes, including call blocks, email sequences, and text-based outreach. Confidence conducting virtual demonstrations, explaining products or services, handling objections, negotiating, and identifying upselling opportunities. Strong customer curiosity and a proactive, resilient, competitive approach to prospecting and closing deals. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain value clearly and professionally. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and dependable time management. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently pursue ambitious goals. A coachable mindset, willingness to seek feedback, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Comfort with technology and digital collaboration tools. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Airtable, Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce, as well as prospecting tools, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, Discord, ClickUp, Zoho, or Google Workspace, is an advantage. Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, equivalent to approximately 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. GMT, with exact local hours depending on daylight saving time. Benefits: Annual base salary: USD $55,000–$85,000. On-target earnings (OTE): USD $120,000–$145,000, including performance-based commissions. Commission structure tied to clear key performance indicators (KPIs). Final compensation determined by location, relevant experience, and interview performance. Fully remote work arrangement within the United States. Opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders, take ownership of meaningful initiatives, and influence sales processes. A collaborative, supportive team environment that encourages innovation, initiative, professional development, and continuous improvement.
