WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and implement an annual joint business plan taking into account all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, training, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability, trade terms etc.,
- Monitor the accounts’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed,
- Achieve monthly sales target, sharing joint business plan with accounts and business development meetings with field team to implement activities that will increase our visibility and our sales,
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- 4 years’ university degree, preferably in Business and Commercial departments,
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience gained in multinational FMCG companies,
- Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills,
- 360° account management, team management and P&L account management experience,
